About Us

An independent, membership-based professional body focused on integrity in real estate practice.

Who We Are

The Property Integrity Institute – Kenya (PIIK) is an independent, membership-based professional body established to promote integrity, ethical conduct, professionalism, and accountability in real estate agency and property marketing in Kenya.

Why We Exist

Kenya’s real estate sector has grown rapidly, but the absence of consistent professional standards has exposed the public to fraud, misinformation, and unethical practices. PIIK exists to bridge this gap by promoting voluntary professional standards through certification, ethical guidelines, and public verification of property agents and marketers.

What We Are Not

PIIK does not license property agents, regulate the real estate industry, or exercise statutory authority. Membership and certification are voluntary and are granted based on adherence to PIIK’s professional standards and code of integrity.

What We Do

Practical initiatives designed to help property professionals build trust and improve standards.

Voluntary Certification

We certify members who agree to follow defined standards of integrity, transparency, and professional conduct.

Professional Standards

We promote clear expectations around honest marketing, client communication, and responsible handling of property information.

Future Public Registry

As membership grows, PIIK will maintain a public-facing registry where clients can confirm participating certified members.
