Who we are
The Property Integrity Institute – Kenya (PIIK) is an independent, membership-based professional body established to promote ethical conduct, professionalism, and accountability in real estate agency and property marketing.
Why we exist
Kenya’s real estate sector has grown rapidly, but the absence of consistent professional standards has exposed the public to fraud, misinformation, and unethical practices. PIIK exists to bridge this gap through voluntary certification and public verification.
What we are not
PIIK does not license agents, regulate the industry, or exercise statutory authority. Membership and certification are voluntary and based on adherence to our professional standards.
